Dr. Mezrah H is the founder of Aduke Wellness and Acupuncture, where clinical expertise meets compassionate, patient-centered care. She earned her Doctorate in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine (DACM) and her Master’s in Traditional Oriental Medicine (MSTOM) from the San Diego campus of Pacific College of Health and Science. In addition, Dr. Mezrah holds a diploma in Natural Nutrition from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Richmond.
At Aduke Wellness, Dr. Mezrah offers trauma-informed, evidence-based, and collaborative care. Patients are welcomed into a space where their concerns are heard, boundaries are honored, and treatment decisions are made together. Flexible treatment options are also available for those who may prefer modalities beyond acupuncture needles.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Mezrah enjoys hiking with friends in Mission Trails, crafting flower arrangements in Ocean Beach, working as a phlebotomist, volunteering at local festivals, or exploring the city with their partner. As an out and proud non-binary queer member of the LGBTQ+ community, Dr. Mezrah strives to foster an inclusive, affirming environment for all who feel aligned to seek care from them.
